Advanced Leadership
Whitespace offers Advanced Leadership to executives, who are looking to refine their skills and improve their performance. In Business Schools and Psychology Departments the debate, as to whether leaders are born or can be developed, continues apace. Some of the latest research demonstrates that family influences, during early childhood, are important contributors to the development of the self-confidence and charisma associated with good leaders. We take strong leaders and make them more effective. This is not a traditional course of time management and organizational techniques for beginners, but a proven methodology for increased self-awareness, refining visions, discerning strategy and confronting results for the leaders who seek to be great. Most leaders are named to their position, but great leaders are developed and their followers elect them and willingly demonstrate their commitment by extra efforts.
“A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.”
~ Lao Tzu
Whitespace methodology will take your leaders and make them more aware of their innate qualities and sensitive to their responsibilities and opportunities. Increased concentration and focus is achieved with our techniques, by recognizing and removing emotional upsets and unwanted reactions or what we call, blocks and triggers. The improved self-awareness from our methodology allows the leader to leverage his communication and define his objectives, without the impediments of anger and disappointment, so frequent in driven individuals.
Whitespace has an internationally experienced team of proven leaders, who can deliver our skill sessions and exercises in groups, with individual analysis and feedback to maximise and reinforce the lessons. Follow-up and quantifiable results are key reasons, Whitespace can increase your leader’s performance.
Whitespace would be pleased to provide a proposal, tailored to your requirements.
Whitespace offers advisory sessions for both corporate groups and individual executives, who need to confront and indeed, ‘metamorphise’ into a happy and productive entity. Metamorphosis comes from the Greek, μεταμόρφωσις, to transform, transforming. This is not the typical ‘embrace change’ and ‘overcome team resistance’ to new corporate strategies, but an emotional inventory of the upsets caused by our human proclivity to maintain the homeostatic balance, in other words, stay the same.
