All too often the ‘corporate culture’ is synthesised into a mission statement or ‘tag line’ which may be good for marketing, but which is seldom embraced by the employees and largely ignored by the public. We develop awareness and increase the perception of your executives, by taking an inventory of their Spiritual Quotient which we define as their self-awareness as it intersects with the understanding of the company ethic and purpose.
